So, I hear the company that made the game went bankrupt.

Now what happens when we buy Sacred 2? Where does to money go?

If we buy enough of them, can the company gets revived or at least the franchise can be saved by another company picking up the franchise?

I could be totally wrong on this, but retailers buy the products from the producers who funnel the money to the developers. SO, if everyone purchased every copy of Sacred 2 out there, we'd only be making BB, Walmart, Target, GS, Amazon, etc etc more wealthy.

I reckon it is not only Sacred 2 that burn through the bottom of the barrell there, ... Ascaron's other games were (with a few exceptions) all misses, except Sacred. Vermeer, Tortuga, Port Royale ... all botched games.

WARNING POSSIBLE SPOILERS Trouble getting back to 'The Last Room' battle. My level 38 female Dryad (bronze mode) is ready, with the hub-key, to leave the Dryads' Island for the Wastelands in Chapter Nine. However, first I would like her to complete the search for the missing daughter. I met the lady thief; picked up some jewelry for her in trade for keys; and as I approached her to get the final key, the game froze on my PC. So I rebooted and had to hunt all over the island to find the entrance to that dungeon/temple/whatever; I returned to the thief; got the key; entered the sanctuary of the boss demon and his four or five underlings; proceeded to kill one underling and was killed myself, returning to the resurrection stone near the tree-house city. Now I have no clue as to where the entrance is or how I got there the second time; I spent hours and hours searching for it yesterday. The secondary quest pointer points to the quest circle in the middle of a brown hill under which lies 'The Last Room'. I often get confused in the tree-house maze, though I can always get to the major flet where the merchant and blacksmith operate, which is near a minor flet where the Rune Master works, and to another major flet where another Rune Master works. If I even knew the location of that entrance, I could backtrack from it on the map with my eyes and figure out from the base of which tree in the city I should start. Does anyone know the best route to get to that dungeon's surface entrance? Oops! :( I don't think my above post is in the right place; I thought I was making a new thread; feel free to move it if you can or delete it and point me to the new thread button.
