Scariest moment in Outlast?

Thought the "worst" place was the courtyard, Cause with the low brightness I had you could barely see anything both with and without nightvision on.

Combined that with a headset, Pitch dark room and around 3 O'clock at night and you have a jolly good time.

Watching streamers play it and not recognize where to go even though the developers did a great job of highlighting the exits through art direction.

When the mad doctor turns around and you realize he's not wearing any pants.
