Sega genesis for 20$ ?

Is it worth it?I've never been a lot into it but for 20$,it's tempting

I'd say it's worth it. Had lot's of fun with my Genesis. Plus, I still use on occasion.

It's a fairly good deal if you like to play old games. I think it's worth it, but if you don't care about having the exact copies, check out Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for the ps3 and 360or Sega Genesis Collectionfor ps2 and psp.

I already have my snes and my N64,so yes,I do like old games :P

@RogueShodown,I'd rather have original than collections on current gen(aka playing with the real controllers)

If you enjoy RPG's I've heard great things about Phantasy Star as well.

Go for it if nothing else its a cool conversation piece to have

Go for it, 20 bucks is not much for the sake of such a great retro console.

Just get some extra games and you're set for some fun :)

Pretty good deal there and it looks like it's in great shape. Go for it! For some future games when you decide to pick some up, be sure to get the Sonic games, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Gunstar Heroes, Road Rash 1, 2 and 3 and actually Mickey Mania. It's a pretty interesting platformer that holds up really well, one of the best Mickey games out there.

Thats a pretty good deal. Ecco and Eternal Chapions were two of my favorite games growing up.

Same prices,different games,best one?

I'd take that one. Two sports games blah, but you get a Sonic game which is more fun than all of the ones you are getting in the first bundle

Take the second one. You'll get the incredible Sonic 2 and Aladdin, which was one of the best Disney games. I would usually say stay away from older sports games but FIFA was one of my favorite games as well. Can't count how many hours I passed playing that game with my dad.

I would have jumped on the offer immediately. 20 would be ideal for me.

I get Genesis all the time.....I can't even give them away half the time. If it has good games at least 3 it's worth about $15... that would sell for like $9 on ebay.

These are the ones I would suggest most highly.

A Genesis is always worth it. That's a pretty decent price for one with an extra controler and a few games. If you get some good games for it, you'll probly love it.

Sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me. I'd go for that.

edit: and yes sonic2 is pretty hard. but sonic3 is WAY easier.

That game is pretty hard when you're playing on Genesis and can't save! Takes time to perfect :P
