Should I buy a PS2?

I can't decide if I should buy a PS2. My friend is offering me his slim PS2 for $50. His PS2 has been through a lot of stress (falling off shelfs, getting knocked over, etc.) so I really have no idea how long the thing might last. I already own a Wii, Gamecube, DS, and a GBA. I currently want about 20 or so games for PS2 (not including PS1 games I might want.)

I think you should get it. PS2's used go for around 80 bucks roughly so your getting a good deal. Its an excellent system and you can get games for extremely cheap prices now. Go for it

yeah and if you buy a used one it more than likely has gone through a lot worse than your friend's.

this way you know what its been through and $50 is a nice deal.

Yea, you should! Get God Of War aswell.

EDIT: You might want to get a new one, my brother has a passed down PS2 and it works half the time.
