Hello, in the last few weeks ive been curious about the Nintendo 3DS XL. ive kinda started to watching and wondering about the system, and it looks GREAT! Now, ive really thought about buying a new 3DS XL for my birthday. Now, a few things: Whats your suggestions/thoughts about the 3DS XL and if its worth buying?

2. i have a ps vita system wich i love, but im not really into it because the games are kinda boring... I DO have a PS4 and a PS+ and i do get monthly games, but.. like i said the games are kinda boring in the fact they cant be played long time/again. Although their is some games i really enjoy like: uncharted, all star battle royal, tearaway, rayman and some racing games. But the games on the 3DS looks fun and the fact their alot more games in their and the games can be beaten more then 1... i dunno... now, do you think i will enjoy the 3DS system? although i have already a ps vita? Any help? Any ideas/thoughts? thanks.

Last thing, any thoughts about the "new" 3DS XL?

What type of games are you into? The 3DS is a great system for sure...and I'd definitely say the XL is a great way to go. However, the "new" 3DS XL is bound to get announced for North America before long...right??? If so, and you are remotely interested in Monster Hunter or slightly increased load times, etc. I'd hold out for that version.

@agrippi: thanks for the help, but i heard the "new" 3DS has some problems on its own, except the new button and the enhanced 3D, i heard some bad reviews and some problems, except that, i guess the price is high as well? idk, can you maby light the way for me?

and for the games, i guess im into mario zelda monster hunter games and etc... i saw some really fun games like: mario 3D world, luigi mansion, super smash bros, mario bros 2 pokemon X and Y and etc...

BTW their is some games i really love on the vita like: uncharted, all star battle royal, tearaway and some racing games...

Based on the games you listed, I think you'd love the 3DS. If you are wanting to save some money and don't mind buying used, I'm sure eBay will be flooded with 3DS (original and XL versions) once the new 3DS is out.

If you are interested in playing in 3D, then I would encourage you to get the new version. The enhanced 3D effect is really expanding the viewing angle while playing in 3D and will make a huge difference. I love playing in 3D, but the narrow viewing angle makes me often switch it off....too jarring any time the handheld moves (which is often).

I haven't heard any bad reviews for the New 3DSXL.

I haven't had any problems with mine, either. It's a pretty slick device, and a great upgrade over the older models.
