Yes, absolutely! The PSP rocks!
But keep in mind that the games can get pricey. But this shouldn't be discouraging because there are great games you can get that are now on the greatest hits list. Games like Tekken DR, Daxter, Hot Shots Golf, Ridge Racer, Syphon Filter, and both of the Socom games are all $20.
If you have a DS (looks like you do judging by your user name), than you get the best of both worlds.
Totally worth it...IF you have the funds to afford it.
Buy it if your going to be using it for music, videos and the internet as well. Otherwise, if your solely buying it for games, avoid it at all costs.herviross_2
I disagree. I don't use my PSP for any of that other stuff you mentioned. I use it solely for the games. I think there are great games on the PSP that are worth owning.
But I guess to each his/her own.

I agree with ASK. PSP has good games on it, and actually there are a few games coming out in the near future that look promising as well.[QUOTE="ASK_Story"][QUOTE="herviross_2"]Buy it if your going to be using it for music, videos and the internet as well. So the future is still good for the PSP, well, I think it is.
PSP is good - but as a handheld, for me, it has failed. The battery life is rubbish - what is the point of a handheld that needs a powerpoint. Defeats the object. This is the one area that the thing falls flat on its face.
Other than that, its pretty cool though and I like the way you can just turn the thing off without saving, turn it back on and start from where you were last
