I have seen some gameplay of it and footage with face voice acting of a team and many yotubers posting them playing it but I can't really choose whether I should save up for it. Ghost Recon is OK from what I see but I can spot downsides of it. What if you are alone? I know that this is debatable but I want to see what majority thinks.

The only one I've played is Advanced Warfighter 2. I didn't care for it at first because there is a lot to wrap your head around. It looks like a third-person shooter, so that was how I tried to play it. This leads to lots of death and boredom. When played right though, it's more of a strategy game. Once you learn to utilize your drones and effectively command your squad, the game is pretty cool.

@judaspete: Thank you. I agree that this game is more strategy based and I feel like those are the games I like.

@readygamenews: No problem.

You may want to consider trying Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. The shooting mechanics look quite a bit faster than Advanced Warfighter (based on gameplay videos, haven't actually played it), and Wildlands seems to be going that direction as well. I've seen it used for between $3-5. If you like it, save up for Wildlands. If you don't, you can probably write off the series and only be out a few bucks.

@readygamenews: @judaspete: I thought Future Soldier was a spit in the face to the franchise. If you want strategy, giving teammates orders, go with Advanced Warfighter 2 or even the older Ghost Recon's. If you want what made the Ghost Recon series so great taken away, go with Future Soldier. It plays nothing like the others and doesn't even feel like a Ghost Recon game.

@adingoatemybaby: Yeah, that's the impression I've gotten, but he's deciding weather to get Wildlands. Based on what's been shown, it seems to have more in common with Future Soldier than GRAW to me. Only in an open world and no invisibility cloak.

Its got similar controls to r6s and its realistic (well, sorta), so for me its a must have. And im interested what they will do in pvp. I think you should buy it if you want fresh and different from most of shooters experience.
