Simple Question...

Can a game be your favorite if you can beat some versions of it (including the original), but can't beat other versions of it?

I want Mortal Kombat II to be my new favorite game. I can beat most versions of the game (including the Arcade version), but I can't beat the SNES and PC versions because they made Kintaro and Shao Kahn way too hard in those versions.

A game can be your favorite game whether you're good at it, can be beat it, or not. It doesn't matter, it's all your choice.

Anyone that says otherwise is ridiculous.

The proper paperwork will have to be filed. You'll have to make sure that Mortal Kombat 2 is willing to be your new favorite game, and you'll also have to verify that it isn't already somebody else's favorite. If Mortal Kombat 2 is both available and agreeable, we'll set you two up for a meeting.

I once told somebody I was like a Metroid fanatic and he asked me if I beat Super Metroid (ironicly I haven't, I am like right after you beat the phantom thing in the ship wreck) I told him no and he tells me that I am not a Metroid fanatic. The reason I am a Metroid fanatic is because I have taken the time to read parts of the Metroid manga and I also have a wall skin of Samus over my bed.
