Its on you tube and they have tons of episodes and they give you full walk throughs step by step but after downloading the free thing you need it said WARNING THIS IS AN EXUTABLE SITE and could have viruses.

I would suggested Microsoft's website. There should be tutorials or something on there that'd let you compile XBLA games using XNA.
