Thanks.

Yes, you should try to find an SNES. It's really got some great games like Chrono Trigger, the Final Fantasy series, Mario, and Zelda, and maybe Kirby if you like him. But, I would highly reccomend a Wii. You can buy a lot of games for the SNES and theres more to come, but actual console games for the Wii aren't very appealing to me right now. And I do agree, the Gamecube isn't very good. I've had it for about 4 years now and I only have 10 or so games.

Why not save up, get a wii, then play all your favourite snes, nes, genesis etc games on the VC? It will end up being cheaper too, pawn shops rip you off big time when it comes to buying a single snes cartridge. They are something like collectors items nowadays.

VC is the way to go.

+ 1 Exactly what I was going to suggest. Unless of course you have a fetish for gaming consoles cluttering up your room.

One downside is you have to switch games over from your SD card when you want to play them...On the other hand, it beats blowing into a cartridge all day :P

I have 30 VC games in wii system memory, and still plenty of space left, so unless you intend to buy 100 VC games, I don't see the issue.
