Age of Conan : Hyborian Adventures (Windows)

Grand Theft Auto IV (X360) It is also available on: PS3.

Alone in The Dark - I want this game due to the fact I have some sentimental purpose to buying it, due to Alone in The Dark IV : The New Nightmare (Which Was Awful) being one of the first scary games I ever played. But this may be due to the fact I was only 6 :P But from what I have seen from gameplay videos etc. This could be the game which pulls Atari from their profit crisis as well as a suprise, 2008 success.

Age of Conan : Hyborian Adventures - My dad's in the BETA, that's all I have to say. :)

Grand Theft Auto IV - ... If you don't know why I don't want this game, you must've been living in a cave somewhere.

Also Rock Band could've made the cut, but the price tag is just way too high. And my parents won't let me play it in the living room...

So what's your must-buys this year?

Dead Space - I'm a big Survival Horror fan and this game seems to be suitably atmospheric. I really like the space setting, which is something I haven't seen used in the same way before. The dismemberment system also sounds disturbingly appealing for my inner horror geek :P.

Killzone 2 - The first Killzone was one of my first console FPS and I really enjoyed it, even if it did have some issues. The videos shown of this sequel so far have been amazing and the dark, bleak world of Helghan makes a stark contrast to the bright colours of Halo.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots - MGS3 was my favourite game last generation and I'm expecting this sequel to be even more varied and epic in scale.

Silent Hill: Homecoming - I'm a Silent Hill fanboy, as you may have already noticed :P.

My must buys for this year are Tales of Vesperia and Tales of Sympohonia 2.

Tales of Vesperia is a must buy for me because I always enjoy the Tales games (even Legendia) so I can't go wrong with this one.

Tales of Symphonia 2 is a must buy for me because it is the sequel to one of my favorite games of all time and for the same reasons as Vesperia.

First of all, Too Human (that is, if it ever comes out xD). I love how it mixes RPG and shooter elements, considering those are my two favorite genres :P

Second, Unreal Tournament III. I've been a huge Unreal fan for quite some time now, and can't wait for UTIII to come out on the 360. I'm more of a console gamer than a PC gamer, so I'd rather get the 360 version than the PC version. Cliffy B FTW!

For me it is Gears of War 2 because I loved the first one.

Ninja Gaiden 2. I will get frustrated but this kind of game is addicting and will last me quite a while because of the difficulty.

GTA4. It's almost here and it is the multi-platform Halo so more people will be able to enjoy it.
