Star Citizen, ships, packages

I want to buy star citizen. The cheapest package cost 50€. When I buy one ship, can I buy in game more ships with game money(no real money).

Not exactly. You can earn in-game currency which will allow you to rent ships and equipment for seven 24 hour increments (one week in chunks of 24 hours) but you cannot permanently purchase ships or equipment. This will obviously change once the game is released.
