Star Ocean: Till the End of Time

I have had this game for years, and I just sat down again to try to finally beat it, I think I am bout half way in. Does anyone else think crafting is ridiculously complicated? I have no idea what I am doing and I am tired of having to trek back to a save spot just to heal

Complicated but compelling. I never ended up beating this game because I spent so much time trying to patent every craftable item. I felt like I got gut punched every time an NPC put out a patent for something that -I- didn't invent. DAMNIT!!!!
