Searching, waiting, empty servers or servers don't fill up and player bug out.

Star Wars Balltefront on PC is DEAD

Battlefront on PC desperately needs a server selection like battlefied for two reasons, population and ping selection.

If you did not buy this game yet, rethink. This game is already dead, a few new players after the movie release on the 18th will

not save this game, only changes by the developers will.

A brand new game based of multiplayer should never have this be an issue.

@ribstaylor1: I am only on at night after work and family time. I see hundreds on in the evenings on the PC side. But you may be right sir. Sad if you are.

I am happy that the game flopped for the PLAYERS. Remember, EA took the sales, it's not like people can get refunds for it. I just hope that consumers learn so that the next time they release Battlefront 2, they don't buy it. This way, EA might get the message that "HEY you F'ed up last time so you lost the trust of consumers" .In reality though, consumers, the same ones who bought this game through pre-orders or blindly buying it will likely do it again for the sequel. This is why companies like EA have been able to survive for so long.

As for your issue. It's possible that they are doing something with the servers.

Another MP-only game that gamers are abandoning... no surprise.

Maybe developers/publishers will start to learn... although people have already bought it so they're happy.

I was disappointed they did not do what the older games did. I mean have it where you could place single player with AI controlling the rest of the forces.

This is ridiculousness, the game is new and its global. Just managed to join and play for a few min when I lost connection.

Origin dropped the price of the game. Maybe that will help lure people back in.

I just picked it up with the sale price. It better not die out too quickly. I want to get some decent enjoyment out of it.

Most people got bored after about 10 hours of play time.

And EA will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Multiplayer only games on PC has a history of being successful.

This one is just shallow and has no longevity whatsoever. Game would have been just as dead even if it had a campaign.

I bet it's the same server issues that plagued the PC version of Battlefield 4 when it came out. There's no way it's that dead with the move releasing today.

There are definitely some matchmaking issues going on. It was one of the many reasons why I got my Origin refund after only a few hours of play time. EA does not deserve my money or my time for this effort.

I would've bought this game if it could last a month while retaining a player base.

I doubt this game is dead. I don't believe this. I say it will stay alive for at least 3 other month.
