wow. They had been talking about this one for awhile. I'd hardly call it an expansion given the amount of content it's adding. GW2 routinely adds this amount of content in unheralded bi-weekly updates. But it just shows you how little work EA/BW have been putting into ToR since it's launch that this is being called an expansion. That's part of the problem. People anymore expect MMOs to grow with time to justify their sub...ToR is very much the same game it was when it first came out. The Hutt cartel expansion was decent, but one batch of new quests/instances in 2 years is pretty slim.

I just cant get back into Swtor, I've tried 3 times since it went "F2P" and I've uninstalled it after 30 min each time. When it was first released it was awesome but they fraked over F2P players pretty hard.

Never having cared much for MMOs, I was hopeful that SW:TOR would be the one that finally got me interested. I love sci-fi, I'm a Star Wars fan, and KotOR was one of my favorite games of that generation.

Sadly, it was not meant to be. But it did show me that it's just pointless to try anymore MMOs. If that one couldn't keep me interested, none of them are likely to.

MMOs are overall pretty dull experiences. Not much has changed in mechanics the past 15 years
