For The Love Of All That Is HOLEEEE!!! Where the HELL is the saved files of SUPREME COMMANDER in VISTA?

The saved files of SUPREME COMMANDER FORGED ALLIANCE is easily located in Documents -> My Games.

Also, what the HELL is the file name and EXTENSION of SC saved files?

As in JEEEEEZ FRACKING SH*****! Things used to be so simple before, like you wanna backup your saved files? Then just copy it from the game directory, not some OBSCURE WEIRD LOCATION in ANOTHER FREEAKIN' Hard Disk!

Help! Please!

First of all, calm down. It isn't a life or death situation, the caps aren't really needed. SupCom 1 puts its saved games in the Application Data folder (for some reason): C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games (Or, the quick way: Press WinKey + R, type in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Gas Powered Games and press enter)

Yes...yes...must...calm...DOwnnn....

It just makes me...irritated when the geniuses in Microsoft changes things that have been S.O.P. for literally several generations. These changes they make, they are not improvements. Heck these changes aren't even necessary or beneficial: it just "changes" things. Its like them saying in Microsoft, "Hey, lets change these things for the sake of changing them! Screw the end-users, let them complain! They can't do anything so lets!"

So, to continue, you save your saved files, and your profile is saved as well?

The saved games must be saved along with the profile (they go together) right?

Also, I noticed that there is also a folder for Supreme Commander Forged Alliance. But it only contains a chache folder and game.prefs. If I want to backup my SCFA saved games, I don't need this, correct?

I'm being unfair to Microsoft. They are only to blame for the special "mini app-type" shortcuts for Games For Windows not showing the game address the way it traditionally showed. Some blame must also go to the game developers for making their games save files in a weird location. I started noticing that back in C&C Generals.
