Considering they havn't even released any real gameplay videos yet, no one can really say at this point. The only thing you can do is hope that it is good, and hope the class changes they made work out.

Its multiplayer....but if it follows the trend of Valve's other games, you'll be able to play solo against bots....if not in the immediate release then through a later content update on Steam.
I have a feeling TF2 will be the game that Valve will use to flesh out its upcoming Steam Community service.Â
