I would strongly recommend Colin Mcrae Rally 4.0. In my opinion it is the best rally game in existence. WRC has some of the official tracks and locations, but lacks the realism and general fun of Colin Mcrae.

theres just so many ihad fun with and so many that were ok ,
my fav rally game is actually on n64, top gear rally 1, the 2nd one wasnt to thrilling , all the hard work it took for me to look for it, and it turned to be a sim with bad ai , but any how those are the best ps2 ones
