Which game has the best OVERALL COLLECTION of music tracks. Not just a game with one or two great themes like Morrowind, MGS2, Ace COmbat 6 etc. I'm talking about a game that has great tracks throughout. keyword: collection of tracks.

One that i think of his HOMM3, it seems everything from the main menu theme, to all the different town themes, adventure map theme, and battle themes were all great.

CHRONO TRIGGER

Basically Mario,Zelda,Final Fantasy, and Chrono Trigger take the cake. If you disagree you've probably never played them. I would say Final Fantasy VI has the best tracks of all time. Between the battle music, boss music, Terra's theme, Locke's theme, and Dancing Mad plus countless others It's hard to listen and not appreciate the genius that is Nobuo Uematsu.

EVERYONE knows the Mario theme song. Doom theme song comes to mind as well.monkeymoose5000

I love it when you're close to a tavern in HOMMIII. The "herny-omp, herny-omp-omp, herna-mershka-mer" drunken singing is the best.

Thats a first time I've seen someone state Donkey Kong , but I'm someone did. That games soundtrack rocks.

Rogue Galaxy for me. There is not a single skippable track on there and that comes rare. Brilliant OST.

Brütal Legend, easy.

Persona 3 no question. Persona 4 is also a good choice. More tracks on those two I listen to than those I don't listen to.

Thanks, finally someone recognizes how awesome Beyond Good and Evil's soundtrack really is. Usually people fluff off my response to these sort of topics.

Everyone has their own opinion but I have to agree with Ace Combat 6. The music made it epic beyond comprehension. It blew me away.
