Well my long long long wait is finally over today. A freind of mine is down from
Toronto and with him he brings Zelda Twilight Princess for the gamecube!
The hardest game to find for the gamecube IMO! Ever since i bought the gamecube this
game has been at the top of my list I am so excited to play this i had to write about it
on here.

Have anyone played it for the gamcube what are your thoughts?

I've played the Wii version, which is the same, except for the controls and the mirrored thing.. It's a good game, but it wasn't even near that good I thought it would be. There are practically no sidequests, the story is kinda weird, the characters lack personality and charm, among other things. ALttP, Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker are much, much better Zelda games. There are a lot of things I liked about the game too, and I don't regret getting the game, but after such a long wait I was expecting a Zelda better than previous Zeldas, and couldn't help but get dissapointed.

Good game, could've been way better, hope you enjoy it.

I've only played the GC version and thought it was great. If you haven't done so yet you should get Wind Waker also.

I've beat both the Cube and the Wii version, I prefer the Cube version more and have beaten it four times on it. I really enjoyed Twilight Princess and I plan to play it again soon. It has some flaws, and I could see why some people would be disappointed, but the positives outweigh the negatives by far. It's still an amazing game, just that OoT and LttP done everything better and has more going for it. I didn't like the fact that the side questions in Twilight Princess were very lacking, but some people don't care whatsoever about side quests...There's three parts about collecting tears of light which were boring and tedious, but they're pretty quick. I enjoyed most of the temples in this, especially the later ones. The only ones I didn't like were the water temple, the very first one, and the sky one.

Correct, the Wii version is just the mirrored Gamecube port with motion control tacked on.
