btw i made this survey for my research paper, i need 100 peeps to take it and so i thought asking my fellow GS members would be the best way to do it :D thanx for you help guys, i hope i get an A!

Just a tip...you need to have a button that says something like "I'm Done!"

Because having people complete the survey by clicking a button that says "continue" makes people think that there's a second page. In which case you end up with people just typing gibberish into the required fields, just so that they can get to the next page and see what the next questions are.
