OK I probably am not the first to notice this but the first or second to post about this... (I searched it up on Google almost no one posted anything about this) In many FPS games their are missing feet and sometimes it can ruin realistic experience with the game... also it just looks nice to have feet... when you look down lol Some games that have this issue *Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 - This game shows a lot of realistic action including hand gestures and whatever but the feet is gone... very unrealistic especially when on that second mission with Captain Mactavish...that ice mission. *Call of Duty Modern Warare - Same reason as above. Also the frst mission with the cargo... when your at the helicopter your looking at yourself and no body lol *Call of Duty 1, 2, and 3 * Left 4 Dead 2 - Here the missing feet are OK but still like feet lol Anybody notice this or is it just me

If "realism" is the issue i think the fact that in every one of those games you can take multiple bullets before even flinching is a bigger issue than not being able to see your feet.

I don't know, what would elicit a more surprised reaction? Withstanding multiple gunshot wounds, or looking down and realizing your entire lower body has disappeared?

I've always wondered this myself. That's what makes it nice when games like Dark Messiah actually have the body and feet.

lol.... Nice... but seriously the feet is kinda bugging me for some reason... haha maybe i just like feet :D But I mean COD MW2 has some realistic gestures and all but when you look down on your body it'd be awesome if I could see my hands moving while I'm on a mountain (on that ice mountain mission on COD MW2) and see my feet and body on the wall....

I get more concerned about my character not having a voice before I worry about their lack of feet. :?

Who cares. I mean really, how many people are going to look down to see feet when you should pay attention to what's going on around you.

It doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I think humans shouldn't be born with feet. :)

Dunno why they took being able to see your feet out of Left 4 Dead 2. It was in the first one. Anyways, yeh i like to be able to see me feet for some reason. Crysis does it well.

You want realism? In the old game Jurassic Park: Trespasser, this is what you see when you look down...

I do. Especially when some of the games need you to walk across a narrow area or something.

I used to think FPS's needed feet until I played Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War for the Xbox. After that game I never wanted to see my feet in an FPS again.
