The Simpsons Hit & Run

I made a thread on this a while ago but it got locked for some reason.

Anyway, Hit & Run, one of my favourite games of all time. I set up a petition a while ago to try and get us a sequel, but we need more signatures so try and get the word out if you can: http://www.petitionbuzz.com/petitions/simpsons :)

I started the whole game again a while ago and I aim to try and complete it 100% this time. ;)

Simpnsons hit + run? WTH lol I'm telling you now bro, don't get your hopes up, the whole crazy taxi genre of games came and is now long gone, I'm sorry to say but there will never be a simpsons hit and run 2 on next gen or current gen. 

I'd rather see another Crazy Taxi game that makes all the same improvements we would expect to see in a new Hit and Run game to be honest. Even though Hit and Run had more characters and content, Crazy Taxi still has more charm in my opinion. If we're going to see a bigger, better game from this genre I'd rather it be Crazy Taxi. But I'm not getting my hopes up on that either.

Crazy Taxi? You guys must be thinking of The Simpsons Road Rage. Hit & Run was GTA-like. It was a really good game too at the time, and a sequel would have been awesome... years ago. That said, I still signed the petition the last time this topic made. But I still believe your efforts are futile, though I applaud you for still trying. It's just hard to imagine another version of the game coming out at this point without it being outdated and crappy.SoNin360

I think the should make it, the game should have some form of combat this time with classic Simpsons weapons such as Bart's slingshot and that 5 in 1 gun that Moe made, also, Springfield should be one open city rather than the three distinct seperate sections we saw in the original (suburban, downtown and seaport), if the developers are so desperate to lock some sections, they should use a similar system to GTA. There should be a large variety of Simpson vehicles this time including motorbikes, aircraft and watercraft.
