its amazing every detail in every corner the posters in the wall how much effort rockstar put in it deserves a 10 in my oppinion plus the game is one of the best in gaiming history and the story is very good

I just rented it, played it for 3 hour or so, and got so bored I packed it up and brought it back to the store.

I found it too boring. I'm begining to think that something is wrong with me, because I seem to be the only gamer on the planet that did not take to this game and LOVE it. :?

sure the graphics were pretty, but the city imo was BORING as heck. the game is overall boring.

they should have done Vice City.

I'm starting to agree with those who said that gamespot made GTA IV a big target by giving it a ten... every thread brings out the haters.

GTA IV isn't a perfect game, but really, it's damn good, and the incredible level of detail in the city is one of the main reasons that it is.

They did put alot of effort into the little things, that is for sure.

I still don't think it deserved a 10, but then again I do not think the first Soul Calibur deserved a 10 either, but both of these titles should be 9.5's. I have had more than enough glitches in GTA4 to knock it out of perfect category. The only really horrible one was when I got stuck in a wall and had to restart the game.

I don't think your the only one who found it boring... I've heard several people say the same, But to be honest I can't think why GTA4 is an awesome game! in my opinion it had to get 10 out of 10, sure past GTA's have been bigger, (map wise) but I feel GTA4 is the most visually beautiful GTA out of the lot. Also the gameplay, the shooting system, the phone system have made the game even better, so I do agree with GTA getting 10/10snipes_98

the game got me bored just after two day i kept convincing my self it will be beter but the story line and the characther personality was not that amazing as they made us think i mean it do's not wrought the 10 i give it 9.3

gta sanandreas is the perfect gta over all it realy showed what the usa is all about and how it is a great nation
