I am not happy with direction the game is going. Original Titanfall had, indeed, lack of content, but also had military feeling. Now, they shown us grappling hook, wchich is ok but not necessary, and zero gravity grenades that are unnecessary as f*** (same as in COD:Infinite Warfare), and this teleport-back-in time ability (also in Black Ops 3 and Overwatch), and i hate this thing in every shooter. This starts looking less military and more COD than the previous one. They could make content in other way, i like new titans and other things, but this is something that makes me wonder if i enjoy this game and if i should buy it. And in singleplayer (im not 100% sure) it looks like the Titans, out of nowhere, have feelings and mind. I hope they will explain this in good way.

The Titan kung-fu is kind of killing it for me. Part of the "charm" of Titanfall is that when you're on foot, you're this acrobatic but fragile soldier; when you get in your Titan, you're this hulking beast that is loaded with firepower, but not exactly that agile. Different worlds, different strengths and weakness, when playing on-foot versus in-Titan

Titanfall was great because it wasn't mecha, like so much Japanese entertainment. I hate that crap. Now it looks like Titanfall 2 will be mecha, more or less; agile, near-sentient robot that forms a corny friendship with its pilot. Ugh...there's probably going to be some token rabbit-dog-cat pet that over-emotes for comic relief...

Still way too early to tell, though, and I am still excited. I recently reloaded Titanfall and the game is so much fun!

I hope their singleplayer will be interesting.

Theme of interactions between a pilot and his/her robot is promising.

Also, small features they added (like hook) look good too. The main thing is you can create a good game but still noone will be playing it. It happened with Titanfall, it happened with Evolve. Noone knows what fate awaits Titanfall 2.
