1. Hellgate London (nothing needs to be said here... shame on me for buying it to begin with)

2. Age of Conan (Instead of making me forget WoW, it constantly reminded me why WoW was better, great soundtrack though)

3. Starwars: Force Unleashed (Had high expectations, got tedious too quick, replay value was non-existent)

Originally i was just thinking of somewhat recent titles... I was cleaning out my room and got pissed off when I found my box for Age of Conan.

Feel free to mention old school titles though too. Very curious to see what games other people hated.

1: Crackdown - so much potential lost for what turned out to be the usual muscle man snorefest

2: GTA4 - Great graphics, but Rockstar, you forgot to put the game in!

3: Transformers the Movie game, all versions -What away to ruin a good idea, maybe the development team should quit while they're ahead.

1. World Of Bloody Freaking Warcraft 2. Oblivion 3. Hmm...not sure. Can't recall any major mistakes beyond those two. :)

1. Audiosurf

2. Halo

3. Rome: Total War (I can tell it's a good game, but these kinds of epic strategy games just go way over my head. wrong choice for me)

1) Madden 09 (Xbox 360) - I basically bought it due to all of the hype during it's launch period, and found out I'm still not interested in football games. Didn't think it was very good either.

2) Halo 3 : Collector's Edition (Xbox 360) - I was a huge fan of the first two games on Xbox, so when this game came out it was a natural for me to buy it. However, the game feels off, non-innovative, and after beating it once, I can't get in to it any longer; and I'm not a fan of the online for it. But get this, I still really enjoy playing the first two games. Don't know how to explain this one as this one's pretty much the same thing.

3) Fight Night Round 3 (Xbox 360) - This game is a pile of dung. I've beat it strictly to say I've beaten it and to get the achievements. But unfortunately I did not enjoy the experience one bit. I may have to buy a Wii in the near future to get my hands on Punch Out though.

I have about 60 or so games in my backlog that I have hardly touched and probably 25-30 of those that I have come around to admitting that I'll likely never play, so I'd put those as the ones I regret buying. Out of ones I did play, I'm not sure. Final Fantasy XII (didn't like it) and Fallout 3 Operation Anchorage (too short, too easy) come to mind though.
