I can tell by your list. You should try those. You've probably heard of Rugal though from CvS2. You may know Ultimate Rugal. If so, then Omega Rugal is much harder than him.

Yeah, SNK bosses make a lot of others look like pansies lol.

1. Night Terror (Soul Calibur 3)

2. Orochi (KOF '97)

3. Parace L'sia (Arcana Heart 3)

4. Boss I-no (Guilty Gear #R)

5. Magaki (KOF XI)

Edit: Number 5 for mine isn't that hard. I just can't think of others at the moment to add.

Magaki is torture at first but once you learn how to get around his attacks, he becomes fairly simple. Mukai is actually tougher than Magaki. Yes, SNK bosses are unreal tough. I was thinking of putting Orochi on the list but I think Mizuchi was tougher than him personally.

The Final Boss from Tekken 6 is a cheater. I was actually trying to name the most memorable bosses as opposed to the most difficult or imtimidating.

Ah good ol Azazel. It didn't put up much of a challenge to my Julia.

Ah I see, Most memorable. Now those on your list make sense. Yes they are all very memorable.

I'd love to see you try to beat King Shishioh/Leo or Mizuchi just one time  I would say Kohryu, but I literally had to spend over 8 hours just to beat him once. Now I can take him on but he is still highly difficult.

At first, Jinpachi kicked my tail but once I learned how to sidestep (albeit the sidestepping in tekken is TERRIBLE) then Jinpachi was a cakewalk. Now I can beat him with no problem. I use Michelle and have since tekken 1 but since they took her out, I had to use Julia, but have recently made the switch back to Michelle in TTT2. I run through the game with no problem.

I normally use Bryan, Yoshimitsu (Except in Tekken 6), and Paul Phoenix. I can use mostly every character with no problem but when it comes to beating Jinpachi, I use those three.

I see. Bryan is one character I despise in Tekken. Not because he is bad or anything, I just do not like his personality. I started out playing as Yoshimitsu but switched from him to Michelle during Tekken 1. Paul has always been a great character. He was possibly best on Tekken 2 or Tekken 4.

I can use all of the characters. But mostly in Tekken 5. I just have my favorites. I liked Jin's moves better in tekken 3.

Everybody likes Jin's moves better in Tekken 3 lol but that's great. Diversity is good but yea you do have to have those select few that go above and beyond.

Heihachi and Kazuya are the best fighting bosses. Why? Because they felt like opponents you would also meet in real life. I'm talking Tekken 1-4 here.

SNK final bosses are badly designed. Which is why they are hard. They basically give them more hit boxes against the player, and have them able to cancel out of attacks and read buttons like a legend. Fighting game final bosses I found fun were: 1.Dragon King 2.Shengsung 3.Gill 4.Dr.Wily 5.3D M.Bison

Lol What? Badly Designed? Cancel out attacks against the player? LOL what in the world are you talking about?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that Zero, Igniz and Mukai were badly designed especially due to them having Unlimited Power Gauges but that's also exactly why I didn't include them in my list.

Original Zero is in my list due to him being the most balanced form of Zero.

Now if you would've said they have more Defense and Offense, then I could agree with what you said but more hitboxes, cancel out of attacks is complete nonsense lol

Omega Rugal fights you straight up.  So does Rugal 2002.  No max Gauges or cancels against the player.

King Leo fights you straight up.

Kohryu is probably the closest in my list to being badly designed as you state.  Hehas moves that the player can also do when he is chosen so whether you like it or not, he is a great boss.  He just like I stated, has RIDICULOUS offense and defense.

Nightmare Geese is a Terror.  He does read your commands like a legend but so does M. Bison, Shin Akuma and basically any boss on Street fighter.  Last time I checked, you couldn't even play as the Special M. Bison from EX3 and he was badly designed and lets not even start on Shin Akuma.

I already explained Original Zero.

Heck I could go on, Kain from MOTW was greatly designed, so was Jazu, Silver, Neo Dio, Goenitz, Yuga The Destroyer, Shadow Asura (If you want to consider him a boss), and many more.

Now as I stated, SNK does have some poorly designed bosses as the ones I pointed out and others, but what fighting game company doesn't?  And what fighting game was Dr. Wily a boss on?

No love for Bai Hu? The nunchaku wielding power monger from Breakers Revenge? That Nunchaku super was always primed and ready to go no matter what you did. I wish someone would start a kickstarter campaign and create a SNK Boss battle game with all the bosses from every SNK fighter

Alright!! Someone who knows fighting games!! #1 I would have to go with M.Bison. How much ass has he kicked over the years? The hardest M. Bison would have to be Street Fighter Alpha 3. He is given a greatly unfair advantage with his Super Psycho Crusher which you also have close to no reaction time to block when he does it.

#2 I would deffinately say Dural and anyone who actually has gotten to her knows why. She is incredibly hard to beat. Of course she is not a very colorful a very illustrated boss but she is notoriously hard. And you only get 1 shot at her to make matters worse. I would put her at #1, but only because she has not changed at all over the years.

The rest are a toss up.

1 from each series.

  1. Raizo - Rival Schools
  2. Ogre - Tekken 3 (not true Ogre)
  3. Gill - Street Fighter III
  4. Abyss - Soul Calibur 3
  5. Magaki - KoF 11
