Pranks.....everybody loves a little harmless fun but have any of you guys pulled any pranks related to video games? Here's a few of mine. When I was a kid I used to go to my friend chad's house and play every single rpg from the nes and snes era. Whenever he took a break from gaming I would always sell all of his weapons or drop items he needed and then I saved the game after I did so. He used to get so pissed off about it lol. I also work part time at gamestop and a few days ago I pulled my best video game prank yet. There's this nerdy guy that comes in the store quite a bit, he's one of those types that will talk forever. Anyway he bought street fighter 4 for the xbox 360, well I gave him a open package and instead of street fighter 4 I put madden 08 game in the street fighter 4 package instead. I also "forgot" to give him the receipt LOL. He came back a few hours later and I told the manager I didn't know what he was talking about and the guy couldn't prove anything without the receipt. He made a HUGE scene and the manager kicked him out. It was great.
That's not called "pranking" that's called "being a dick". You see, pranks don't upset people, and everyone can laugh. Now, when you're "being a dick" you're pissing off people for no good reason other than your own amusement and someone gets shafted.

In the first Diablo, which I only played online a few times, someone said something about the cow(s) in town and I told someone at least one time that if they kept clicking on a cow or something like that it opened up a secret cow level. (I don't remember the exact details of what I said.) To this day I've wondered if I actually somehow started that rumor which made its way into an actual level in Diablo II, or if it was just a weird coincidence and there were others who thought up the same way of pulling someone's leg. It's probably the latter, but I'll never know for sure.

As to the RPG thing, that's kinda funny. A friend of mine was playing Morrowind once. When he got up to take a break, I dropped all of his items into the ocean, except a potion of levitation, which I used to move him half a mile above Vivec. I paused right before the potion ran out, so when he came back, he'd find himself falling. I saved before I did any of this, though, so he didn't permanently lose anything.

Yeah, the guy spent money on the game, and sf4 isn't that cheap. So if you didn't give the guy the game he wanted afterwards, he's a bunch of bucks poorer and you made yourself guilty of fraud. You deliberately gave the wrong game to the customer and didn't give him the receipt, which is a crime against the state. You should be fired.
When Left 4 Dead came out, a mate of mine hadn't received it while I had. So I was going to work and he wanted to play so I gave him my account for a bit. A days later he told me how he had signed me up for a ton of gay clans and one neonazi one. :D Didn't even notice. :P
running ther server and makeing a message pop up with the guys name saying somthing like you account will be deleted in 10 minutes inless you exit out of games log out of youre account and restall or somthing like that and they always start freaking out over it.
