i just picked up a gamecube and wanna know what are some good games for it. I had a ps2 during the gamecube time alive and i kinda just tuned out all gamecube news since i didnt have the system.
The Gamecube had some gems. Unfortunately, I got very little use out of my Gamecube before I got rid of it. I missed some good games. I'm glad I got to play Twin Snakes, though, because Metal Gear Solid is my one of my favorite franchises, although I must admit that I still prefer to play the original PS1 version much more.
Here are some of the games I like! Sonic adventure and sonic adventure 2 battle (the 2nd one is my fav but there both good) Starfox adventures Chibi robo Pokemon colleseum Pokemon XD gale of darkness Pikmin & pikmin2 Billy hatcher and the giant egg (weird but funXD) Supersmashbros.Melee Supe Mario sunshine The legend of Zelda majoras mask (never played it but I have ocarina of time and I heard it was Fun) Animalcrossing Forgot some that are good but here are most of my favorites! :D
You sould try zelda collectors edition, it has majoras mask, ocarina of time as well as the nes games on it. It's kind of hard to find for cheap though.
I'm not a huge fan of RPG's, but I LOVED Evolution Worlds. The story to Chibi Robo was really good, I also liked the open world. Also, LoZ: Wind Waker is one of my all time favorites. I know it sounds weird, but for some reason I played Sonic Adventure DX for a VERY long time, the secret is: Beat the game, and look at glitches. The glitches MAKE that game for me, that's the only reason I still have it, the best part is that they won't affect your average gameplay, but when you look for them, I found the best glitches ever. You can explore these glitches, it's hard to explain, but that's why it's my favorite GameCube game.

What Super Mario Sunshine is a great game even if it is in the shadow of Galaxy 1 and 2 and 64. Super Mario Sunshine OWNS all of those in my opinion, I could play that for hours on end,
