That's weird, I got my spare N64 in the exact same way, with the exact same accessories, and the exact same condition. I got Donkey Kong 64 with it.zelda450
ok, weird
I responded to a add on craigslist about a sega genesis. When I got to the guys house he said that he had a bunch of other stuff that he really wanted to get rid of. That other stuff happened to be a Dreamcast, Saturn, N64, Snes, 2 other Sega's, a Game Gear, PS1, PS2, Sega Cd, 32x, Nes, 2 Game Boy Colors, and all the controllers and about 60 games total. I asked the guy what he wanted for everything and he said he only wanted $60. I felt terrible and gave him $100. This was the start to my video game collecting. I now own almost every system and handheld. I know I had to pay for it, but it's probably the best video game deal I will ever have. TonySoprano314
wow that's amazing! Id say my weirdest way was, I sold my Sega Genesis as a kid, then my parents didn't like how I kept getting scrapes and cuts playing outside so they got me a N64 to keep me inside a bit more, now I'm a gaming maniac ha-ha!
My store manager friend told me someone dropped off an Atari 7200 with 20 games and two joysticks after he found them on his trash route. He had taken the smell off, but it worked perfectly!
He let me tinker with it, and I had a ton of fun with Pole Position 2. To this day I don't know how someone could simply throw away a working game system.
