Both have there perks and downside to them. Both created awesome series that are love and a strong fallowing with gamers. Western dev created Elder Scrolls, Call of Duty, Halo, ect while the Japanese created Metal Gear, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, ect. But both side have a certain style to them considering they do have very different cultures and ideas, because of this there some people I notice that will lean to one side and even will start trashing the other. Saying things like "all JRPG are the same anime clich'e" or "Western Dev only know how to make shooters". What your view on this? Do you prefer one over the other? Does someone trashing one Dev bugs you?

Both have their good and bad games? comparing them seems silly to me, seeing as how neither are one large entity, but made up of different teams with different mentialities and philosophies.

I could care less about what country the game came from. I just want good games.

They have different styles and that creates variety.  I love variety in my games.

Most of the games I like and buy are Japanese. I do enjoy a few Western titles here and there, though.

Would have to say I favor Western games more but have a lot of respect for Japanese.  The Japanese have made many classics like FF, zone of enders, metal gear, etc.  But I honestly haven't played too many Japanese games in a few years at least and mostly play Western.

"Who cares I just want a awesome game." Anyone trashing one dev because of their country of origin bugs me because I can't believe people can be that stupid and idiotic. The fact they can only generalize things into countries and have faith in such false argument so blindly, it's downright insulting to the face of humanity.

I don't think there really is such a thing as a "Japanese" game or a "Western" game in the way you are describing.  it has more to do with the marketing plan for the game than where it is produced.  There are games that are designed specifically for the Japanese market while others are designed for the US market.  Otherwise, most of the major game studios are actually international operations.  Take a look at the production credits for MGS4:

I don't care where my games come from and why would I prefer one country's developers over the other?

Could you give a reason why you pick western games are better? It's their story, gameplay, atmosphere, or look that interest you more?

Indeed.

There are tons of developers in the West I think are incredible, but in general I believe Japan still puts out games with better gameplay. Western games (and Capcom) tend to get caught up in nickel-and-diming and flash over substance in pursuit of CoD/AC/Halo like success, and it's really a drag. There is a lot of homogenization in Western game design, especially from the larger publishers. Ubisoft and Eidos in particular seem hell bent on removing interactivity and depth at all costs.
