What about a Futurama RPG?

Hi!! I'm a Futurama nut, and I was thinking how awesome would be an RPG based on the Futurama universe. With an opened world and the possibility to travel among planets, visit Osiris 4, and fight against the huge bees, etc. Well, I suppose that it is difficult to see my dream comes true, but now, with the release of the first movie, perhaps it is more possible.

What do you think? Would it be a great game? just like Oblivion but with Fry in the role of Martin, and with Bender as Mehrunes Dagon?

Everybody knows that this is highly unlikely to happen, but chimpu is asking about the idea of that RPG.

I really think that it would be a great game but it would be quite difficult to adapt to the series...But I would really enjoy kicking Lrrr's ass, I hate Omicronians...And I would love to visit Trisol or help the little neptunians in a quest to defeat Evil Santa...Or Fight against the balls under Brannigan commandment.

That's a good idea, the problem is though that licences always get lumped off onto developers such as EA, who are only interested in producing average games most of the times, and never really go that extra mile.

for this reason, I've always wondered what it would be like to have LotR game produced by Nintendo, or The Matrix game produced by Nintendo.
