What are the games you managed to beat in one sitting?

With regards to "beating" a game . . . It doesn't necessarily have to include all the extras like the collectibles etc. Just involving the game's storyline and if the game has coop and you and your coop partner managed to beat it in coop in one sitting then it's still ok . . . You don't necessarily have to limit yourself into choosing just one game, post as many as you like and mention as much detail as you want about your experience with beating that/those game/s in one go . . .

Dark souls, diablo 3, half life 2, pretty much any game you can imagine and have not played in 1 go.

That answers every ones question and those who come in saving them time explaining :).

95% of games that have been released the past 4 or so years

Max Payne 3, without dying and if I did die, I would have to start the game from the beginning. The Shadows Rushed Me trophy earned.

I beat mgs3 in a single sitting.

Heavy Rain.

All the GoW games.

Halo and Halo 2.

a bunch of others but those are the notables.

So... you guys who say you've beaten all the big games released in the past few years in one sitting... is that including games like Skyrim or Dark Souls? Fable 3? Fallout?

The last game I did that with was Ultimate Marvel VS Capacom 3. PSvita version.

Some of you guys play videogames for far too long at one time. Some of the games listed even if beaten in one sitting would take a long time.

Only games I finished in one sitting was Killzone 2 and MW2

The last game that I remember finishing, in one setting, was the main campaign for Mortal Kombat (XBox 360), the latest one. Took me five-six hours to complete it. I heard about not able to save or get back to your last point, so I decided to get it done at that point in time.

Minecraft.

I regret doing so because the experience is never quite what it should be if I play it now, but I beat Uncharted 2 three times in a couple of days as I went for the platinum. I completed it on Crushing in 1 sitting.

Also completed in a single sitting: Limbo, MW2, Dead Nation.

Almost every NES game I've ever played.

As for modern games, I don't have the time to go through in one sitting anymore. I remember completing Dead Space in one go.

I might have had a fef breaks, but Socom Fireteam Bravo 3, Smackdown vs Raw 2007 (PSP version), and a few other PSP games I'm forgetting.

Mortal Kombat 9 is the one I beat more recently.

pretty much every game made in the past...oh...7 years...with maybe 100ish exceptions (which isnt alot if u think about it)

Sonic Generations, Journey, Resistance 3, Binary Domain, Bulletstorm, Costume Quest, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, also shmups and Mega Drive beat 'em ups that are only about 45 minutes long.

Resident Evil 5

Sadly, the only one this generation that comes to mind is Rogue Warrior. So terrible, and only 4 hours at most.

I don't do that often. I just don't like sitting down and playing for that long, I like taking breaks once in a while, even if it's only short to grab a snack or something. However, I did beat Heavy Rain without turning it off once. That game just had me so obsorbed into the story I didn't want to stop.
