What are the gaming wishes that never came true to you?

For instance, i want Goldeneye 007 and NBA Jam multiplayer (The original one) but I can never get it.

I wished Rare would put out a game from their awesome franchises or make a new IP and it just never happens. I just can't believe MS paid so much money to just let them do random Kinect crap. Now my only hope is they're working on an awesome new IP for launch of next system.

Battlefront 3.

An actually great Lord of the Rings game.

I want Manhunt 3 already and Kameo 2.

Star Wars Battlefront 3 is one... I also would love to see a Tony Hawk's Underground 3. Maybe some others as well...

I wished Rare didn't make the 3rd Banjo Kazooie game about vehicles, and instead made it a platformer like the game's predecessors like they SHOULD'VE. Where's our true Banjo Threeie?

I wish Bamco would localize Tales of Xillia 1 and 2. But that probably won't ever happen.

I wish more Tales games would be localized in general.

My favorite wish is for Blizzard and Namco Tales Studios to collaborate on a project and make Tales of Azeroth. Combine the excellent gameplay from the Tales series with the interesting lore of the Warcraft universe, and you'll have yourself the best game of all time. How awesome would that be? A Tales game that takes place in the Warcraft universe in which you get to experience the stories of some of WoW's legends such as Arthas or Uther.

Too Human 2, and a Bethesda game that wasn't horribly buggy and didn't have horrid character animations.

Pokemon MMO.

Nintendo and the internet are just not on the same page right now, but if they ever wanted a money printing machine, all they would have to do is make an outstanding Pokemon MMO series. I feel like it's a no brainer, yet Nintendo is content to just keep making new generations with minor improvements (or in 5th gen's case, downgrades, ugh.)

Seriously though. Pokemon MMO on a console or for the 3DS, and Nintendo can pretty much write its own checks for the next few years.

It'd be great if all movie-tie in games were good quality like the films.

I would have loved the Fear Effect series from the PS1 to have been continued on the PS2. They started work on a third game, there's even a trailer for it on Youtube, but it was cancelled.

Oh and all that pre-release hype for Gran Turismo 5? I wish that would have turned out to have actually been true. Even if half of it had been true that would have been the greatest racing game ever. But...no. We just found out that it takes Polyphony Digital five years to do what any other developer could have done in two.

A version of Mariokart 64 with online multiplayer on the Wii or Wii U. RARE to be making original RARE games, not kinect games. I loved Kameo & Banjo btw.

Star Wars Battlefront 3. A sequel to the original 2 Matrix games ( Enter the Matrix, Path Of Neo ). A new Splinter Cell game that was faithfull to the originals. XBL to be free. The Godfather 3. A new Indiana Jones games, not that crap that was on the Wii.

For Microprose to come back in business and make Master of Magic 2 and Colonization 2. A MMO style Phantom Dust game would be great too.

That's a big one for me too. There's a reason I held off replaying the game for so long, and it got ot the point where I just didn't have the ambition to play it again without the trophies. Now, with the MGS HD collection having trophies (I think) I'd assume that would get people wanting to earn the trophies for MGS4.

Some of my wishes that never came true:

• Portable Halo title
• Portable Fable (like 1 or 2, not 3; or, just a remake or port of those games)
• Mother titles to be localized (and published through the eShop maybe? cut distribution costs?)
• Portable Elder Scrolls title (just as large and in-depth as the console titles)

Those are the big ones. I just find that I have more time outside of the house and I can burn through handheld games more quickly than I can console titles. Having the opportunity to play those three titles on the go would be great and, in the case of Halo, would actually get me playing online if it worked well.

Prince of Persia (2008) sequel, yes it was easy, but i really loved that game.

Quality JRPG's on home consoles. I love WRPG a lot, but JRPG have a distinctly different way of storytelling. I tend to like only the old JRPG's, many of which i'm discovering for the first time.

MGS4 Trophy patch

Really? I found that game horrible. One of the few GC titles I returned before finishing it.
