What are YOUR ideas for new weapons and enemies for Gears 3?

So what are YOUR ideas for new weapons and/or enemies for Gears of War 3? I think it would be pretty sweet if you could pick up the butcher blade. How about a gun that fires a bola snare. It would have few shots (think Boomshot) but a wide reach that expands the further out it goes (within reason). I think it would be a good substitute weapon for the Bloodmount riders to use. They would be more like ranchers! :P Then we could just pick them up after we kill them. Use one to knock the riders clean off. Maybe decapitate anyone you hit in the neck? :twisted: ...and maybe the weights could have a timed explosive so the ammo could double as a grenade when/if you miss.

I would like to see a gun that fires bananas which could easilygive the Locust the slip ! A rocket launcher that fires exploding chickens would be interesting.;), especially when confronting a Beserker !

In all seriousness though, maybe something like the Line Gun from Dead Space. A gun that fires a wide razor-sharp projectile. The results of which would be pretty obvious. ;)

Instead of a new weapon, they should make a certain modification with the Lancer rifle's chainsaw function. The way it works is that it has to break into a cutscene, but I think they should make it so that it's just a simple melee attack that can either kill someone with one swipe, or do a lot of damage. But they probably won't do that so instead they could make it so that you hold the button down to rev the chainsaw up and you press the button once to do a melee attack. I've been in so many desperate situations where I was close to someone but didn't have the time to rev the chainsaw up.

Well I'm not going to spoil the link but this gun has to be in GoW 3.

There's gotta be a gun like the Biorifle from Unreal Tournament. Spraying green goo that causes the enemy to explode from touching it so sounds like something you'd see in Gears of War. That and you gotta pay homage to past games there Epic, c'mon now.

I hope there is more to GoW3 than slightly improved visuals and tweaking the original formula with newer guns.
