I understand that some get reworked quite a bit. I just hooked up my old PS2 to my 60" HDTV expecting it to look like utter crap, although, to my surprise, it didn't look absolutely horrible. It was in 4:3 and hooked up with component cables.
While, sure I would love to have a game with somewhat crisper graphics and filling up the screen, but I was curious to hear from everyone whether it's worth spending $39 + for a game already owned and played by the individual or not.
Never jumped into Metal Gear Solid HD collection, but I still have all the PS2 titles. Same goes for Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy X.
I did cave for Zelda Windwaker, but that seemed to be reworked more than your average HD title.
So does an HD upgrade warrant a second purchase, or is it better to play the game on the shelf again?
Is it just an excuse to relive the title again? Is it worth the cash for that reason to you?
