I'm curious as to what classic N64 game people would be interested in seeing be remade for a next gen. console. For me I think I would like it to be. "Conker's Bad Fur Day", that game use to crack me up!

Any game I would like to see would in all likelihood be a Wii exclusive and therefore not truly next gen. The enhancements would be more like dressing it up for the Xbox. But to be sporting about it, I'll say an F-Zero game done by a capable studio could be pretty awesome.
Also did you ever play the Xbox Conker? Might be just what you're looking for.

Same here. My favorite game other than Donkey Kong 64.
I completely agree, DK 64 was AWESOME! I even like'd it more than Mario 64. Which feels weird to say! Cause I still go back for some Mario 64 fun from time to time.
I'll go with goldeneye since that could possibly be a 3rd party game instead...and plus i like fps games
Id like to see a sequel to Pokemon Snap, Conker and Donkey Kong 64 (and not that rhythm garbage that was on the gamecube)
I'd love to see a port of Killer Instinct Gold/2 or a sequel to the franchise on the Xbox 360.
I wouldn't turn down a new Conker or Mario Platformer, either.
And a real seque to Perfect dark would be great.
And I just realised that these are all Rare games. Weird.
I would love to see a new Pokemon Snap as well. I actually enjoyed the game quite a bit. A new Conker or DK would be awesome as well. Personally, I'd love to see a new F-Zero or Kirby.Id like to see a sequel to Pokemon Snap, Conker and Donkey Kong 64 (and not that rhythm garbage that was on the gamecube)

A legit Banjo Kazooie sequel. But on Wii not Xbox. Yeah, I know, not possible
Jamisonia
Too bad that will probably never happen as Microsoft bought Banjo Kazooie out :(
I would love to see Starfox64 sequel on the Wii, I reckon that would be amazing.
Also bring back BETTER Mario Party games. Mario Party 1 - 3 were legendary, need a version of that on the Wii.
The problem with this idea is that Rare made a lot of the great titles on the N64 and Rare is now owned by Microsoft and some how nintendo still has some rights or something like that. But probably Golden Eye
Like has been said before, the wii doesn't really feel next gen, so consider the impossible possible:
-Wave Race--ps3 exclusive--developed by Nintendo/Naughty Dog. Canyon courses. Beach side courses. Think Road Rash on the water, starring Drake from Uncharted. With the ps3, waves could surely be 40 feet high and topple riders. For once, the six axis could be put to could use. Triggers could break/reverse, L/R change/fire weapon, Left stick steer, right stick aim, and the six axis could adjust your rider. Why there hasn't been a good water based racer is beyond me. Who wouldn't want to race down a 400 foot waterfall?
-F-Zero--Custom paint/craft design, track editor, leagues, and 250 player races.
-Blast Corps--Custom campaigns, coop play, and perhaps an online mode where the point is to build the most architecturally sound building for others to destroy.
-Mario 64--More of a personal choice, but I think more of a simple update, with a story editor would be great. Create your own story, dialog, levels, and star placement.

They remade conker's bad fur day for the original Xbox... and it is a very good remake too

DK 64, Starfox 64, Goldeneye 007, Hydro Thunder, Bomberman 64 and definitely the Gauntlet game on N64

yea I never figured that one out either, how Nintnedo managed to retain some rights over the original N64 version of goldeneye, yet not any of Rare's other IP's :?
Your forgetting that they got the Donkey Kong franchise from rare.

I'm aware of that one. Idk what all the copy right issues are on other Rare titles. I know that Banjo and Kazooie was also put on the XBox live arcade.Your forgetting that they got the Donkey Kong franchise from rare.

no the donkey kong franchise originated with nintendo, they just lent Rare the IP to make the country games and DK 64, same story with star fox for star fox adventure.

yeah i would go with conker
I'm kind of already getting one of my most wished for with Sin & Punishment 2. A console Bangai-O would be welcome as well.
F-Zero, Pilotwings, & Killer Instinct stand out as properties that have been left sitting too long. F-Zero hasn't been sitting as long, but its last console entry was such a standout it deserved a sequel immediately, and didn't get it. While F-Zero is the most obvious racing game, some of Nintendo's other first party racing series have been ignored this gen as well, such as wave race and 1080. Not to mention the third party Star Wars Pod Racing series, although I'm not sure where you go with that one. Perhaps the Extreme-G series, also not done this generation, would be more fitting.
If we are only talking remakes instead of sequels, then of course both Zelda games are as worthy as anything commited to rom.
I wouldn't mind seeing Starcraft 1 remade for modern consoles and PC, they NEVER seem to do that with strategy games, which is a shame because not all them are obsolete gameplay-wise, which I think is the assumption.
Turok 2 also comes to mind, as does the Goemon games and Ogre Battle 64.
conker was already released last gen i doubt youll see it again on 360 or ps3 or wii ,
i would like to see a top gear collection that would include top gear 1-rally 2 , on the wii , ,
cause i cant find top gear 3000 any cheaper then 49,99
so ya im not about to pay 49,99 for a old game

[/QUOTEeven if you dont consider wii next gen it is , and the likley jhood of what your thinking is very impossible, putting weapons in wave race -no way , thats just not that type of game , and fzero already had paint craft -in gx and x you cna change the color by pressing a certain button there no way im goin to race 250 racers , nope , sorry 30 is enough as it is 43 is pushing it nascar style mario 64 already updated on the ds , thank you and on the wii vc so why would you want another remake and why would nintendo make it ps3 exclusive wheh they have thier own consoel! your very arrogant , ,to say the least ,would sony make gran turismo on wii , i doubti t , will ms make halo on ps3 i doubti t , why would they make their own console if they gonna put games on another , it is not the question tc is asking so why give an answer such as wave race could be a ps3 exclusive hahhaa i laugh at cows , who care now about wave racewhen they didnt car for it back when it was releasedI want to see a new Quake! It's been a while since Quake III on PC and Dreamcast, and even longer since Quake II on N64. It's time for another. And with graphics the way they are and the added online play (which was huge in Quake III), the new Quake would have the possibility of dethroning the Gears of War and Halo series as the new "big" first-person shooter. -Nate-Emerald_Warrior
Quake 4 came out in 2005 for PC & 360. It was developedby Raven Software rather than Id andseems like it was quickly forgotten.Still, as a huge Quake fan I would've loved to see it on PS3 so I could play it. Also, Quakelive was launched abouta year ago, which is a free in-browser version of Quake 3 with a new look and some new maps. it's no new iteration but it's still pretty cool since it keeps track of your stats.
