What collector's edition or limited edition games do you have?

The topic pretty much says it all, just curious to see what other gamers own and if they think thier CE (collectors edition)/LE was well worth it.

I will list all the CE/LE I currently own (btw you don't have to list all the stuff in there I just did cuz at the moment I have nothing else better to do:)

Probably the only thing I regreted buying was the dead space CE when it came out at launch. The so called replica plasma gun looked like something out of a happy meal, the "rare" lithograph was a printed on a flimsy paper, the soundtrack was ok but they could've given it a better case rather thzn crardboard on.. ok now your turn!!!!!!

Got the legendary edition of Halo 3, collector's edition of Halo 2, Mass Effect and Viva Pinata. I only really buy different editions if they are cheaper (which is surprisingly often) or the extra incentives are too great to pass up (surprisingly never).

My favorite one that I have would actually be the Jade Empire one, it was the same price as the normal version, had a nice shiny red cover yet not something any bigger then the normal cases, and it had a very nice behind the scences bonus disc (might've also had some extra in-game items, but I don't care anyways)

Well, let's see, I'll give it stars:

For 360: Perfect Dark (5 stars), Gears of War (5 stars), Gears of War 2 (4 stars), Assassin's Creed (2 stars - ugly Altair action figure was not worth all I paid), Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (3 stars), TES IV Oblivion (5 stars - great content, Halo 2 (1 star, meh), GTA IV (I could give it six stars, I mean, it has a duffel bag and a metal safe, soundtrack cd and amazing artbook), Mass Effect (3 stars, the themes are not that cool, nice artbook and codex though), R6V2 (1, it only has a cool keychain, the rest of the content is just meh) and I also have the Bullestorm Epic edition if it can be included, which was the same price as the regular version but I get to play GeoW3 beta. Also, I had the SFIV with the C. Viper doll, which was overall meh so I sold it. I have the idea that I am missing another one on 360. Edit: Prince of Persia (1 star, big MEH, but I got it for sooooo cheap that it was actually a surprise to have the extra features disc).

For PS3: GoW 3 (2 stars, Pandora's box is REALLY cool, but putting that aside, there's nothing else to it. The soundtrack has to be downloaded and I am more into physical items), Killzone 3 (5 stars, I haven't played the game yet, but the content of the box is amazing. I also have the regular edition of Killzone 2 which I've also yet to play, I guess my backlog is getting too big!!!).

Well that's it, except for PC, for which I have pre-ordered the premium edition of The Witcher 2 which looks awesome.

Guild Wars Prophecies - I really like having this one. Always strokes my ego when other people send me random whispers along the lines of "y is ur character sparkling???" whenever I'm dancing in the middle of town. The art book was interesting, and I do like a few of the songs on the soundtrack. Apparently it's going for ~$1,000 USD on Ebay now, so it's even sweeter.

World of Warcraft: the Burning Crusade - The Netherwhelp is really cute, but other than that all of the WoW CEs are just the same exact stuff painted over with the expansion's theme colors. Except for the original Diablo/Panda/Zergling pet. I really wish I could have gotten the original CE instead *grumbles*.

Starcraft II - This was a really well done CE. The Mini-Thor is my favorite small pet in WoW, and the spiky Thor unit in the game is great too. The Jim Raynor glowing dogtag USB with the Original Starcraft+Broodwar was much appreciated. I still need to get around to viewing the DVD that came with it. Having most of my gaming stuff at my home 100 miles away FTL.

Morrowind - Love this one. The Morrowind soundtrack makes for excellent ambiance except for a few combat/danger tracks. The art book is also interesting, you can really see how the team developed their ideas for creatures/characters. Oh, and the mini Ordinator is useless, but still a nice touch.

Oblivion - It was nice to see a revised edition of the Pocket Guide to the Empire. I'm half-tempted to give the Septim coin to a panhandler while saying "have a coin, beggar" :twisted:. I don't remember much of the DVD, but it was more interesting than the usual "Making Of..." documentaries.

I've probably forgotten one or two. Oh well.

I dont really buy retail games... on pc i have Steam, and i like it that way because pc boxes are ugly anyway.

As for my PS3, only the regular one, but i do look for the original art and not the greatest hits.

I dont really need the stuff that comes with the special editions.

I have dozens. I'm not home and can't think of them all of the top of my head. They would all be listed as a SE in my collection list but it would take too long for me to go through all of those.

I think the only collector's/limited editions I have are Ocarina of Time with the gold cart/shiny box, and Killer Instinct for the snes with the sountrack cd. These days the collectors editions are just too much. They're in such large supply, i'd rather have them market them as Fanboy Editions, than collecters.
