You know, the one that basically ends the game, and makes you go WOW! Mass Effects final level was just awesome, as was Half-Life 2's, and Episode 2's. So what do you think?

The ACTUAL last level you just walk around and watch Eli die... XD But the one before that, thats pretty good. I really really liked the last level in Half Life 2 and portal as well as Episode 2... :)
Portal. Even though the game has its fair share of humour, I found the last level (the whole game actually) to be one of the bleakest gaming moments I've ever played. The whole concept of being trapped in a stainless steel and empty scientific complex is ingenius. It's warm and cold at the same time, reality and fiction melts together. You get glued in lies by a robotic entity, but in the final level the game gets you behind the scene. What I am saying doesn't make sense. I'm sorry of being quite poor in English. Actually, I'm not a human being.

Yeah, that, or the End was an amazing fight in the game. true but....i was awarded a special code for konami.com-because i beat the boss in under a minute with the survival knife.
That's actually a harder question to answer than I originally thought. I'm tempted to say Spiral Mountain from BK:N&B, but I don't want to. I'll just go with Kefka's Tower from FF6. Splitting up into 3 teams to tackle challenges and beat down the goddesses.....OH GOD.....OH GOD....*passes out*
