What game is this?

First of all, congratulations for your great site.

Walking through the streets of my city I saw several pictures of games outside a local. However, the red marking caught my attention. Is it really a game?

@Yams1980: Thanks for your answer. Some guy told me that it was a scene from Far Cry, but I do not know what game of the franchise.
