This, Both the Star Tropics games on the NES were pretty good. I highly doubt we will ever see another one again. Then again, A boy and his blob is getting a new game on the Wii, so who knows, perhaps we will see another Star Tropics...

Anywho, another series that SERIOUSLY needs to return is the Golden Sun series! Both of the Golden Sun games on the GBA were fantastic, and I am upset thatCamelot has stopped making Golden Sun games. :x

With Bionic Commando finally returning, the next Capcom franchise that needs a comeback is STRIDER.

There are a lot more game series that I would like to see return, but I can't think of them right now.

I really want to see some MECH WARRIOR games back i love them on my PC. Big robots, lots of customization and the way you could damage parts of an enemy and cripple them etc. It was the game that made me buy a joystick.

Also pretty much anything by bullfrog i dont understand how they died they made some top games that bring back alot of memories. As someone else already said DUNGEON KEEPER would be fantastic. I also loved the Theme games especially hospital and the original park. Does anyone know if its possible for them to come back, i saw a few months ago theme park original was re-released on the DS so there must be something still alive there.

Also a GAIN GROUND 1 or 2 remake would be fantastic. Really the best co-op game around when i was a kid i played it on the master system with my father and still play it with friends to this day. A remake with good 3d graphics and original gameplay would be so good.

GENERAL CHAOS on the Megadrive was also a fave of mine would like a modern version of that.

It just seems like these days developers dont want simple games its got to be big and thats where the problems lie. I dont see whats wrong with smaller simple with good gameplay. Fighters havent changed much over the years but how come everything else has and sidescrollers just disappeared.

anyone else remember the old Road Rash games? last one i heard of was on the N64. I'd love to see what they could do with modern systems. especially on the Wii (swinging the remote to wack your opponents)

Maybe that has to do with the fact that Nintendo only did Starfox and Starfox 64. They outsourced the other ones to Namco.

Well Beyond good and evil, Operation flashpoint, Fahrenheit, Thief, Broken sword and American mcGee's Alice were definitely on that list and it seems they are actually getting sequels.

I know I may be bringing up a dead and abhored game series to most, but I think Evil Zone should be brought back.

I liked the game's simple approach and anime styled characters

Hey Killer Instinct fan: right on. That game was one of my favorites too. Too bad Rare stopped making Killer Instinct after the N64 version.

what game were you playing? midevil had 2 sequels. i was refering to the playstation adventure game with its sequel and the psp game aswell. not the medeval middle ages war game.

I'll second Evil Zone - I remember really enjoying that :). Just so long as Keiya is in a sequel, though. He was sharp.

My own wish would be for Fear Effect to be revived. I remember reading years ago how Fear Effect: Inferno was in development for the PS2, but nothing came of that.
