Just out of curiosity I wanted to see what other people are playing :). I'm playing Monster Hunter Tri on my 3ds. Borderlands 2 on PC and The Witcher 3 on PC
For me it's Gears of War 4, Halo Wars 2, and Mass Effect: Andromeda this weekend. All on the Xbox One.
finished Mass Effect 1 the other night (Thursday?), playing through Mass Effect 2 right now.
Just finished unlocking the first "wave" of companions (Garrus, Mordin, etc) and now I just arrived on Thessia. I'm finding myself running out of ammo...a lot. Don't remember having this problem, I have to switch guns frequently and it's annoying.
Otherwise, it is every bit as fun as I remember! Great games, can't wait to get my character to ME3 and import it over. Playing a Paragon Infiltrator, going to try and keep everyone alive and happy! Kind of bummed they don't let you have so many of the same comps from ME1, I really grew attached to Kaiden and wanted him with me on ME2.
Not sure what I will play after this; I just bought Planet Coaster since it was on sale, dabbled with it for 30 minutes and found it quite awesome! I also bought Homefront 2 since it was like four dollars and I figured "Hey, it can't be that bad" so I might load that up and power through it; I do enjoy me some guerrilla warfare, Freedom Fighter type gameplay.
So far, same answer I gave in the System Wars thread: Titan Quest Anniversary Edition, Forza Horizon 3 and Stellaris.
Just been playing Persona 5, just finished the 4th palace. Paused Breath of the wild to do this, since I'm nearing the end and I just don't want it to end. Also maybe half way through Andromeda, but Persona 5 has been taking all my attention away from it.
started playing titanfall 2 and wildlands (sp both).
so far titanfall is really good. i like the platforming elements. solid shooter.
wildlands has its moments but is so frustratingly ubisoft. there's absolutely no need for it to be open world. the combat is quite nice and the basic premise of scout out the enemy with drone / binocs and take them out stealthily is fun, but so frustratingly simplistic, the limited control you over have over your team in combat is practically useless and the upgrades and additional gadgets are all a bit uninspiring. and in typical ubi open world style the story starts off interesting enough but quickly loses momentum and direction thanks to all the distracting side mission stuff you need to do in between main story missions. another typical open world by numbers ubi game
So far, same answer I gave in the System Wars thread: Titan Quest Anniversary Edition, Forza Horizon 3 and Stellaris.
I'm finding Stellaris a bit overwhelming; I have a good grasp of the concept, but I get swarmed early on and I can't seem to find the right balance of military and whatever. I want to avoid military for the most part, go for science or political victory.
Any tips? Just bought all the DLC, too, which looks really awesome. Dyson spheres!!!
@mrbojangles25:
You're asking me for tips???!!! Sorry mate, still getting to grips with the game myself.
Just finished Zelda and it was amazing. Just downloaded Fast Rmx and gonna start that tomorrow. After Zelda I need something totally different. I'm really sad it's over....what a game that was.
Pretty much played Persona 5 all weekend. Picked up Destiny used at Gamestop with every expansion for $4.99 and tried to play it but after like 10 minutes it was back to P5 lol
Trying to get to 200 hours in Overwatch, so I'm at 138 as of this weekend. Also lots of Rocket League. Just unlocked Sweet Tooth. Awesome-looking car! Although I've never played any of the Twisted Metals. Just ordered the one for PS3 on ebay so I'll give it a go soon.
I played Hercules: the untold stories
My cousin make it and honestly, i hate him, but it good.
P/S: he let me play the demo, cause it still on kickStarter :))
Just finished Donkey Kong Country 2 for the first time last weekend. Working through Sonic Colors Wii now.
... I'm a little behind the times.
I have to see how much time I find. But if I do find time, it'll be Persona 5 for sure.
I thought I was going to play Persona 5, but I barely found time to play (alone). However a friend visited me and we played Alienation. So I guess my prediction was wrong xD
my usual mmorpg games ahaha.. fwm, lont, ragnarok journey, mobile legends :)
That reply was really worth resurecting an 1 month old thread
Dragon Age: Origins (P.C. version)- Glad I'm giving Bioware a second chance, this game is awesome. I went with no cosmetic or graphical mods, just performance ones as I want to play the game as originally intended. So far it's a joy to play.
When I'm not slaying Darkspawn I've returned to War for the Overworld- my P.C. game on the side, it has been completely revamped with the latest updates. And for the better. It runs far smoother and graphically looks very nice on max settings. Even went for reviewing the game this time, as Gamespot never bothered even after all this time.
I would certainly recommend the game to those that like games that fully take advantage of mouse and keyboard, it's a successor to a P.C. classic called Dungeon Keeper and is very enjoyable.
Lastly I'm still playing Monster Hunter XX (3DS) on travels, can't recommend this game over 4G even now. Like the original X it handles clunky and the new mechanics still lack depth, and why they didn't return successful attacks from previous games is still a wonder :T
*My PS4 games are currently on hold, for reasons. I will return to my favorite current generation console soon enough and get back to Nier: Automata :)
