Lord of the Rings Online, Call of Duty 1 and whatever Zelda game is out at the time usually gets my primary focus
There were games that I have played A LOT, but there's only one I've been addicted to: Halo 3. ~2 hours a day everyday for 3 or 4 months.
Morrowind was my first gaming addiction. I played that game nonstop for like six months. God only knows how many hours I put into that game.
But nothing has been able to come even remotely close to World of Warcraft for me. I played that game for two years. Only that game. By the time I quit I had something like 73 days played. That's 73 days consecutive. Not hours. Days. That means two months, one week, and 6 days of my life have been spent playing WoW.

For me, FarCry, and now Mobracer (an Online racing game) :D
Everquest took up literally 120 days of my life (yes 120 days total login time), I think Final Fantasy XI came in close to that amount of time or more. I was literally addicted, and would get very angry when patches came out and I couldn't immediately log in after the servers got up. I'd also get angry if anyone asked me to leave my game. Seriously, friends and family would ask to go out and do stuff. "Can't I'm busy, camping the leaping lizard" or something like that. It was bad.
No console game, as awesome as some could be, has ever truly had me addicted like those two.

Gran Turismo 4. I went through a period of several days where I essentially did nothing else. I'd take breaks for basic bodily functions, and catch a few hours sleep here and there when I couldn't hold my eyes open any longer.
Fortunately, nothing quite like that since, though I've probably put in around 35-40 hours on Rittai Picross for the DS in the last week or so.
