I don't keep any of my consoles at my apartment while I'm in school. Even when I have all of my consoles with me I rarely play more than 1-2 different games in a week though. Prefer finishing a playthrough of one game before moving on to another.
Star Ocean - SNES - Finished it the other day, it's a short game
Shin Megami Tensei -SNES - First SMT game I've ever played, I love it and I hate it lol
Demon's Souls - I play this off and on whenever I'm feeling masochistic
MUSHA - Genesis - Try to get some high score on! =D
Started replaying a few games:
Final Fantasy II (SNES)
Kirby's Adventure (NES)
Donkey Kong 64 (N64)
NCAA Basketball (SNES)
Next Gen:
Goldeneye (Wii)
Fallout New Vegas (PS3)
NBA Jam (Wii)
I had a scare last night when my Dreamcast supposedly died. My dreamcast would occasionally do a random reset on me, and while I know that it's common for older dreamcasts to do that, last night it did it and then simply would not reboot when I tried to turn it on again. I could press down on the power button and it would turn on, but the start up screen wouldn't boot at all.
So I opened it up and pulled out the main board to bend the connector pins so to ensure that it made contact with the metal it was to be hooked to (which is by the way the reason the thing resets on occasion, because of loose connection) and it didn't work. I was sure that my dreamcast finally bricked, but when I tried bending the pins once more, it worked! I realized how much I appreciate the lil' box when I continually tried to tamper with it to get it to work.
Moral of the story: The Dreamcast rules
This week I platinumed Fallout 3, and before the Dreamcast scare I was playing Capcom Vs. SNK and Sonic Adventure 2
Donkey Kong Jungle Climber (DSi)
Modern Warfare: Reflex (Wii)
I havent been playing as much older titles latley. I've played them all over and over again already. :D
But my favorite past games are....
Croc 1 & 2 and Spyro the Dragon (PS1)
Sonic Adventure and Jedi Power Battles (Dreamcast)
Mario Land & the original Kirby's Dreamland for the gameboy.
The only legacy game that I've played this week was D-Force on the Super Nintendo. I've Played more games than that but they were on current consoles.
