what is the best 2d side scrolling game with good pvp and action?

ok ive been searching for a while played a lot of 2d's but i never can find a game that has all the stuff i really want...can anyone help me?

what i really want in the 2d side scroller is pvp and action and by action i meen like combos and flashy skills.

btw i know grand chase meets all of these requirments but i just dont like it because theres no actual maps.

p.s i would like a game that has grand chases pvp and action but has maplestorys awesome world

ghost online or windslayer both has maple story like world, windslayer is the most stable of the 2 and has the better pvp.

Have you heard of Super Mario Bros.? I hear that's pretty good :P

looks like maple story, but i think its better

you can double jump, and it seems a bit more cooler in ways...

havent tried it out yet though... check on youtube for this if you havent already...
