The best game i've ever played is Gears of War 2 and Assassins Creed
That's a really hard one. The most fun multiplayer game is probably Halo 3. I played it it my friend's house for hours and it is one of the most fun games to play with lots of people.
That's a tough question. I guess overall, it would have to be Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Just epic awesomeness.
