well just last month i bought street fighter 3 third strike (2004) and capcom vs snk 2 (2001) both for ps2. i happen to search through the gamestop database and found them at 2 seperate stores. they were only a few miles away from each other. well they arent THAT old but still a good buy nontheless
I recently purchased a bunch of classics off of Steam. I bought the ID super pack which includes basically all the awesome ID titles from back in the day (Commander Keen, Doom, Wolfenstein, Quake ect.) and I also purchased Deus Ex: Game of the Year edition.
If this counts, Robotron 2084 off XBox Live For actual hard copies I'm not sure, but I still had not bought any current-gen stuff at this time last year, so it would have been probably something for PS2.
I found a copy of Golf with the NES I bought from Goodwill 2 weeks ago. Thats like 1986 (wow thats when I was born I feel old now)JuanGrande386
Looks like you're the winner so far for oldest game. It's cool that everyone has picked up some oldies but goodies. Reboot was a great TV show, I remember when it came out my friends and I were like omg that's what videogames will look like one day! Haha.
