What is this old Genisis RTS?

I think it may have been called Rome, well the buildings would catch fire I remeber that much. You could play it with a 2nd player as well.

Err ... for some reason Rampart came to mind. :shock:

It's probably not Rampart, because there were no buildings in it, I'm also not sure if I'd call it a strategy game.
