What is wrong with my PC for FFXIV StormBlood? Fatal DirectX error 11000002

CPU AMD FX-6300 Vishera 32nm Technology RAM 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz

Graphics E2242 (1920x1080@60Hz) 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (EVGA)

Problems:

1) DirectX 11 crash with Fatal DirectX error 11000002

2) DirectX 9 also minimizes the game all the time and the error is ""Display driver stopped responding and has recovered"

I have the drivers updated, for my video card and DirectX

I only run Steam and FF14 in this PC.
