OK There is a lot of games out there But a Few Who has an Opening Cinematic that impress us and some of them charm us

and stick in our minds the whole time like bioshock infinite for Exampel and Assassins creed 4 Blacg flag,they had a great and Beautiful intro in gaming

what about you what is you'r Favorite moment in Video Games?

For Me Personally I Think That metal gear solid 5 ground zeroes

Succeed for Doing All The The Thing That I sad about Opening Cinematic (Great,Impress,charm,Beautiful) what gets me about the Opening is the song that it had and it felt that you'r Watching a Movie

Mass Effect 2 and Final Fantasy X beats all imho

Smash Bros games make all other opening cinematics less impressive though Soul Calibur always did a good job with their pre-menu-pre-title-screen ones also.

This is hard... But I agree. Metal Gear Solid has always been good with setting the tone of the overall experience in the intro cinematics. I absolutely loved MGS2's intro and music.

Zone of the Enders HD Collection had a good intro.

My current favorite intro is Destiny.

Hmm....never really thought about this before. Let's see...Mass Effect 2 had a great intro. So did Metroid Prime, Batman: Arkham City, Shadow of the Colossus, BioShock and BioShock Infinite, Mega Man X, Uncharted 2, Fallout 3, any Sly Cooper game, and Dragon Age: Origins.

I'm sure I have seen hundreds of awesome game intros in my life but everytime this topic comes up the only thing I can think of is the intro to symphony of the night

I would agree that the Destiny intro is pretty badass. All the cinematics are actually. I remember getting minor chills for the intro to Disney Infinity too. But I'm a Disney geek, so that might have had something to do with it. And Infamous, really like the intro to Infamous.

Shadow of the Colossus and NIER

Dem chills. Especially when you play through NIER and know where Kaine's speech comes from.

Easily the two best OST's in gaming.

The animated sequence covering both the games? That was great except for the bit where they had Ken floating naked in space, it was an unwelcome disruption from the cool action parts that made absolutely no sense.

Speaking of ZOE, I liked the intro to ZOE2. It starts you off piloting some slow, bulky bipedial mining mech that takes ages to hobble over to where you're supposed to go, almost as if the game is mocking you. Then you finally get there and your useless mech is replaced by the very dexterous Jehuty instead.

I fondly remember Oblivion's intro. The great soundtrack adds to the feeling of an imminent adventure.

The Tekken, DMC, Splinter cell and Arkham series intros are among my favorites.

Killzone 2 and all the World of Warcraft intro movies are pretty badass.

Final Fantasy X

Hard to pick an overall favourite as there are many that I really like. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 was pure awesomesauce. Seeing all those Marvel and Capcom characters battling it out was truly epic. Some others I really enjoyed were Street Fighter IV, Street Fighter X Tekken, Diablo III, and a number of games from Square-Enix.

As a couple of people have said: Picking just one is hard. My favorite is probably the Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean intro. It was effectively a pretty character introduction, but it was one of the first cg movies I'd seen in a video game (not too common on GC). After that, I'd probably go for Kingdom Hearts.

I can't remember most of them so that probably nixes those. have to say The Old Republic, The Witcher 2, or Mass Effect 2.

I've always liked Dungeon Keeper 2's intro:

For me it's Mass Effect 2 and 3.

2 because of how jaw dropping it was.

3 because it set the tone for a very dark and depressing game.

Suikoden III for the playstation 2. The music....was so chilling.

Got to be mgs1 (ps1) blew me away such an amazing cinematic intro for its time.

Far Cry 4 especially when Pagan Min comes down from his helicopter it was totally chilling.

I like Batman: Arkham City intro

Uncharted 2 followed by Resident Evil Code Veronica.

Ace Combat 5 is by far my favorite.

It's been a long since the first time I saw this.. and It's still my favoirte intro ever.. misterious, intrigant, beautiful, and an amazing, sweat yet terrific music that chill the bones.. EPIC, I haven't seen such a unique intro ever since
